Coverage
Put a company forward
If you hold or follow a junior resource company you think we should cover, tell the company as well as us. We will email them once, on your behalf, to say a shareholder asked for it.
Tell us the company
The email we send is the same every time, whoever asks. It says a shareholder has put the company forward, explains that we cover a small number of companies properly rather than everything that issues an announcement, and links to the page that sets out what we look for.
The company's name is the only thing you write that reaches them, because a message that does not name its recipient reads like a scam. Everything else you add comes to us alone. That is deliberate: an email a stranger can put words into is an email a stranger can misuse.
Or send it yourself
Some people would rather it came from their own address, which carries more weight with a company that knows them. This opens your email program with a short note and a link, ready to address.
How we handle it
- One email, once A company is emailed about this a single time. A second nomination tells us, not them
- From info@outofthegrnd.com A real address, read by a person, and a reply reaches us
- They can stop it Every one carries a link that blocks their address permanently, ahead of anyone who asks later
We have not been paid to send it, and we say so in the email. Putting a company forward is not a promise that we will cover it: we say no more often than we say yes.
