Power Metal Resources is a London-listed incubator that buys early-stage mineral projects cheaply, develops them and exits through spin-outs or sales, with its 12x return on Guardian Metal Resources as proof. The proceeds now sit in uranium, gold, nickel and copper projects plus private stakes, yet the shares trade at around half net assets.
